Abstract

: In the modes of production that have the Patriarchate as one of its driving forces, the female body is transfigured into the private property of the Lords so that it can reproduce that property in itself, sometimes offering heirs to the husband, sometimes offering workers to be exploited in the social mill of power relations. In this sense, regaining her feminine body for herself not only constitutes a passage for the liberation of the woman subject, but also represents a rebellious and revolutionary act, since it denies the Patriarchate its blood: the exploitation of feminine life. In this wake, we can think of the feminine writings that take care of themselves and the (re)discovery of these bodies in all their dimensions, especially in the “joyful mysteries”, as the writing of the liberation from the shackles and the scourges of submission and exploitation. In this light, Clarice Lispector as an author often focused on the subjective and the female consciousness, but mainly on human sensations and glorious moments of epiphany; is unique in her stylistic adventure and authorial practice.
